The death has occurred of Arthur SUTTON MURRAY
Inchicore, Dublin

15th January 2018.

Peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff of Padre Pio Nursing Home, Clondalkin. Predeceased by his wives Elizabeth and Bridget and his sister June. Loving father to Tony, Robert, Ruth and Claire. Sadly missed by his sisters Gene and Jill, his brother Leslie (Scotland), daughter-in-law, Maura, son-in-law, Ken, his grandchildren, his great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May he Rest In Peace

Reposing on Wednesday from 10am at Massey Brothers Funeral Home, Emmet Road, Inchicore. Removing to The Oblate’s Church in Inchicore, arriving at 5:30pm Wednesday. Funeral to take place on Thursday at 10am. Burial to follow at Mount Jerome Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Irish Cancer Research. Update on ease of Government restrictions on funeral services, as of Monday 10th May.

Unfortunately, it is still not possible to have a large funeral as we still navigate the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. We understand how difficult this is for you the families we serve but the safety of everyone is our priority. We must play our part in the strict adherence to these instructions.

Only immediate family and close friends should attend the funeral.

No more than 50 people are permitted to attend the funeral service or be present at the graveside. Numbers allowed in Crematoria vary, your Funeral Arranger will be able to advise on exact numbers.

The numbers who may attend gatherings in our funeral homes is limited at this time. Again, your Funeral Arranger can advise you on the numbers as it depends on the size of the funeral home.

Face masks must be worn when entering our funeral homes. It is also recommended that they are worn in churches and crematoriums. When visiting our funeral homes for your safety, we ask that you provide your contact details for the benefit of track and trace.

Those in attendance will also need to follow social distancing guidelines. This means all funeral attendees must keep a distance of 2 metres apart.

Physical interactions including shaking hands and hugging must be avoided.

Those who are self-isolating or need to restrict their movements can not attend funerals.

Many of our churches have implemented streaming services so that family and friends can view the service from home. Please ask your Funeral arranger for details.
