FORTE, Jack – 16th March 2026 - (Late of Herberton Drive, Crumlin, Dublin 12, formerly of Fountain Cafe, James Street, Dublin 8). Peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown.
Devoted husband of the late Elizabeth (Lily) and Cherished Dad of John, Siobhan and Jennifer. Jack will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his son, daughters, daughter-in-law Elizabeth (Liz), sons-in-law, Alan and Richard, his adoring grandchildren, Helen, Kate, Harry, Liam, Karen, Fiona and Emma., his special friend Irene, sisters, Erma, Eda and Anna, brother Dominic, nieces, nephews, extended family and his many friends.
May Jack's gentle soul Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Massey Bros. Funeral Home,177 Crumlin Road, Dublin 12, D12 F864 on Friday, March 20th from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday, March 21st at 11:00am at Our Lady of Dolours Church, Dolphin's Barn followed by Cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium (Garden Chapel) at 12.45pm.
