Mona Fitzgerald (née Farrell), Blackhorse Ave, Dublin 7, Cahercarney, Kinvara, Co. Galway. Passed away peacefully on 26th May 2026, surrounded by her loving family and kindly cared for by the staff of Curam Nursing Home, Navan Road, Dublin. Predeceased by her beloved husband Frank, her darling son Donal, parents Patrick and Margaret, her brothers Seán and Tommy and sisters Maureen and Peggy (Burnell).
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her brother Patrick (Cahercarney) and sister Kathleen Forde (Claregalway), sisters-in-law Maureen-Ann and Mary, her nephews and nieces, neighbours and friends in Dublin, Galway and Limerick.
May her kind and gentle soul Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Massey Bros. Funeral Home, 88A New Cabra Road, Dublin 7, D07 ET92 on Wednesday, 27th May from 5pm to 7pm.Funeral cortège arriving at Our Lady of Help Christians Church, Navan Road, D07 CKR7 for Requiem Mass on Thursday, 28th May at 10am, followed by burial in Saint Brigid Church of Ireland graveyard, Castleknock, Dublin 15.
