HICKEY, John, 24th January 2026, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin and formerly Inchicore at age 100, peacefully in the kind and loving care of the staff at Lisheen Nursing Home.
Beloved husband of the late Tess and much loved father to Min, Christine, Anthony, Pat, David, Fran, Ita, Beatrix, Robbie and Michael. Sadly missed by his loving children, daughters in law Paula, Trish, Mary, Sandra, Bernadette and Eddie, sons in law Pat and Jim, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, neighbours, relatives and friends.
May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.
Reposing at his home on Tuesday, 27th January from 5pm – 7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 10am in the Church of the Holy Family, Rathcoole followed by burial in Newcastle Cemetery.
