Ben Ka Wing Ng

Ben, passed away in Dublin, Ireland, on April 26, 2026.

He was born in Hong Kong, where his early years shaped the kindness, strength and character that defined him. He carried these qualities throughout his life, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Ben was a devoted husband and father, a cherished member of his family, and a friend to many.

He had a warm heart and a generous nature, always putting others before himself. He will always be remembered for his joyfulness, his charisma, and the way he made people feel welcomed and loved.

He was a fun, quick-witted person who brought a special energy to every gathering, and his presence lit up every room.

Above all, he treasured time spent with his family and friends creating many lasting memories filled with laughter and love.

Ben will be forever loved and deeply missed by his wife, Ling Kwok, his daughter, Caitlin Ng, and by all his family and friends.

Catholic Church involvement

Ben was a humble witness to Christ in the Dublin Chinese Catholic Community. We remember him with deep love and gratitude — a dear friend in ministry whose life was a beautiful witness to the Gospel. Through his example, many were drawn to the Dublin Chinese Catholic community. He also served as the devoted first chairman of our Chinese Catholic Community in Ireland (CCCI). He is greatly missed by our community and friends.
