Beloved wife to Liam and adored mother to Micheal and Garry. Sadly missed by her family, daughters-in-law Maeve and Nicole, grandchildren Tara, Lucy, Isabelle and Beth, sisters Patricia and Brenda, brothers-in-law Gus and Eric, sister-in-law Carmel, extended family, neighbours, and friends.

Dearly loved son of Rita and much-loved brother of Colm, Pat and Caroline. Peacefully in the care of the wonderful staff of The Blackrock Clinic under the guidance of Prof. Michael Cullen, Dr. Eoin Tiernan and their team, following an illness borne with dignity and courage in the tender loving care of his wife and family at home.

Formerly Managing Director and Chairman of Massey Bros Funeral Directors, Freddie will be fondly remembered by the many families he cared for throughout Dublin with dignity and compassion, by the dedicated staff who worked alongside him, and by fellow funeral directors across the country who valued his quiet contribution to the funeral profession. A man of gentle strength and deep integrity, he carried forward the tradition established by his mother and in doing so gently passed that legacy to the next generation of his family ensuring the values he upheld will continue into the future.

Freddie is forever loved and dearly missed by his wife and best friend Aileen, his treasured eight children; daughters Audrey, Freda, Susan and Julie, sons, Peter, Andrew, Robert and William, sons-in-law Shane, Mujeeb, Rory and Gavan, daughters-in-law Erica, Hollie and Jamie, his ten adored grandchildren, sister Colette, brothers-in-law Brendan and Michael, extended family, relatives and his many friends especially Gerald Jacob and Noel McGaley.

Very sadly missed by his loving wife Anne, daughters Breda and Celine, sons Patrick and Geoffrey, Paddy’s beloved sister Bridie and brother in law Robert, his 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, sons in law, daughters in law, granddaughter in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Massey Bros. Funeral Home, 88A New Cabra Road, Cabra on Friday from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 10am in Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Navan Road followed by Cremation in Glasnevin at 1pm.
