Died peacefully 17th December 2021 in Our Lady’s Hospice and Care Services, Harold’s Cross/Blackrock, Dublin. Beloved brother of Mary Maguire (nee Hughes), Elaine O’Leary (nee Hughes), John Hughes and Marie Hughes (sister-in-law). Sadly missed by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, parents-in-law, wife, son, daughter, nieces, nephews, friends and relations.

Maughan, Owen (Francis) (Late of Paul Street, Dublin 7) - 15th December 2021, peacefully in the Royal Preston Hospital, England. Beloved son to John and Margaret and brothers Martin, John- Paul, Stephen, Thomas and sisters Michelle, Mary–Louise, Sabrina. Sadly missed by all his loving family, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Noel Thomas Kavanagh
KAVANAGH, Noel Thomas (Oldcastle, Co. Meath, FRCVS Expert Vet., Scientific Author) - December 16, 2021. Peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross after a long illness. Beloved husband of Caroline, devoted father of Kirsten and Naomi and grandfather of Ben, Alice, Christopher, Iona, Arran and Saoirse. He will be profoundly missed by his wife, daughters, sons-in-law John and Mathew, brother-in-law Rory, his sisters Daphne and Averil, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, neighbours, academics and professionals associated with the porcine community.
Noel received excellent care in his home from many carers, particularly by his wife Caroline and in Our Lady’s Hospice where he spent his final days.
We wish to thank all of the wonderful nurses, carers, doctors and allied health professionals in the community, Beaumont Hospital, Bons Secours Glasnevin and in Our Lady’s Hospice.

Morris (née Behan) (Crumlin) – Dec 15, 2021, (peacefully) at St. James’ Hospital, Rose, beloved wife of the late John and dear mother of Sean, Thomas (deceased), P.J, Brian, Tony, Paul and Jason; Sadly missed by her loving sons, sisters Carmel and Phyllis, daughters-in-law Esther, Tina, Veronica and Michelle, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing at Massey Bros., The Haven, Crumlin Road on Sunday from 2pm to 5pm. Removal on Monday to St. Agnes Church, Crumlin Village arriving for 10am Mass. Joe Kiernan (Patrick Joseph/PJ)
Kiernan, Joe (Patrick Joseph/PJ), 1932-2021, of Foxrock, (Dublin and Aughavas, Leitrim) passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 15 after a difficult battle with cancer. He was much loved and will be greatly missed by his wife of 60-years Brideen, his children Eamon, John, Sinead, Martin and Eileen, his grandchildren Amy, Gemma, Joe, Grace, Anna and Evvie, his great-grandson Oisin, his brother Martin, and many wonderful relatives, neighbors and friends from throughout his 89 years.

Beloved wife of the late Mick and much-loved mother of Marian, Dermot and Fergus. PHD Trinity College Dublin) - Monday 13th December 2021, at Beaumount Hospital peacefully but unexpectedly, surrounded by her heartbroken and loving partner Simon, her devoted mother Phil and her loving sister Cliona. She will be greatly missed by Cliona’s husband Shashi and her nephew Kealan, Simon’s Mum and Dad Brian and Pamela, Simon’s brother Jeremy, his wife Nadine and their boys Eli and Finn, Uncle Charlie, Aunt Angela, cousins, relatives, and a huge circle of friends. Predeceased by her Dad Alan and her brother Enda.

Loving wife of the late Jack McCabe and much-loved mother of Gráinne, Jim, Dara, Máirín, John, Ronan and the late Sheila, and Mary, David, Tino, Jaime, Michael, Isolda, Johnny, Orla and Sinéad. Eilagh will be greatly missed by all her children, stepchildren, her adoring grandchildren, great grandchildren, daughters in law, sons-in-law, sisters-in-law Gemma and Denise, brother-in-law Desmond, her extended family and many relatives and friends. MANGAN (née McAuliffe) Mairéad (Head of Fundraising and Communications, ARC Cancer Support Centres and late of Blackrock, Co. Dublin) - passed peacefully surrounded by family on 11 December 2021 at St James' Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Conor, adored mother of Philippa (Pierse) and Aifric (MacCourt) and idolised grandmother of Elodie, Emilia, Elliot, and future grandchild number four on the way soon; profoundly missed by her devoted family, sons-in-law Morgan and Barry, sisters Kate, Mary, Gráinne and Orla, brothers John, Roderick, Conor and Noel Hayden, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, and many friends, particularly her dearest friend Mary O’Reilly. A special mention to Dr. Catherine Flynn and nurse Lorraine Brennan from St. James’ Hospital for their unrelenting support and excellent care over the years.
