Peacefully, in the loving care of her only daughter, Fidelma and the wonderful staff at Foxrock Nursing Home. Maura was recently predeceased on January 12th by John P (Séan), her beloved husband of 68 years. She will be sadly missed by Fidelma, by her brother Brendan Crowe and her sister Ita Dunne, her sisters in law Mary and Carmel, god-children Gemma Murray, Pádraig Crowe and Anne Sheedy. Predeceased by her sisters Kathleen, Eily and Una (Sr. Joseph) and her brothers Matt, Eamon and Pat, she is fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews, extended family, by her former neighbours in Cypress Grove and the long-standing staff of Foxrock Nursing Home, who loved her as a family member during her six and half years’ stay with them.
