His family were by his bedside as he journeyed onwards. Clay was predeceased by his wife Karen, the love of his life, his mother (Kay), father (William Clayton), and sister (Cliona). Also, his two beloved dogs, Shane & Saoirse.

Mary Smyth (née Brennan) - Late of Farrenboley Park, Dundrum, passed away peacefully but unexpectedly on 7th November 2025, under the kind care of the staff at Loughlinstown Hospital.

 

Cherished and deeply missed by her beloved husband Seán, loving brother Joe (Perth, Australia), sister-in-law, niece, nephew, extended family, neighbours and friends.

 

May she Rest in Peace.

 

Requiem Mass will take place on Friday, 14th November at 10am in the Church of the Miraculous Medal, Bird Avenue, followed by private cremation at Mount Jerome.

 

Regrettably, the church is unable to provide live streaming of the Mass.
