COYNE, Paddy, late of Blackrock, County Dublin and formerly of Galway and Ballina, Mayo.
It is with deepest sadness we announce the passing of Paddy (Pat) Coyne peacefully on Friday the 2nd of January 2026.
Lovingly remembered and sorrowfully missed by his heartbroken family, loving wife Phil, cherished daughters Suzanne and Jennifer, adored and adoring grandchildren Jamie, Harry, Charlotte and Dylan, and devoted sons-in-law Steve and Alan.
Deeply mourned by his brothers and sisters, Maura, Sr Breda, Fr. Joe, Angela, Billy, Anne, Peter and Antoinette.
Fondly remembered by his brothers-in-laws, sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, neighbours, former colleagues from Bank of Ireland, golfing friends from Dun Laoghaire Golf Club, the European Club and fairways throughout the country.
Predeceased by his parents Maureen and Seán, his brother Seán, sister Kathleen and nephew Liam.
Paddy passed away in the tender care of his beloved family and the wonderful staff of Blackrock Clinic ICU after a bravely fought short illness.
May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Massey Bros. Funeral Home, Blackrock (A94 X308) on Wednesday 7th January, from 4pm to 7pm. Removal on Thursday morning (8th January) to the Church of the Guardian Angels, Blackrock arriving at 11:10am for words of welcome and thanks from the family, followed by Requiem Mass at 11:30am. Cremation thereafter at Mount Jerome’s Victorian Chapel.
