Hughes (née Doyle), Úna, Clondalkin – 27th February 2026, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her dear sisters, Maureen and Phillis.
Beloved wife of Martin and devoted mother to Gerard, Jonathan, Shane and Reece. Úna will be forever loved and deeply missed by her husband, sons, her daughters in law, her many cherished grandchildren, her two adored great-grandchildren, her brothers and sister. Úna will be sadly missed by her extended family, neighbours, and wide circle of friends.
May she Rest in Peace.
Úna will be reposing at her family home on Sunday the 1st of March between the hours of 4pm and 7pm.Funeral Mass will take place on Monday the 2nd of March, at Church of the Immaculate Conception (Clondalkin Village Church), followed by burial in Newlands Cross Cemetery.
The family wishes that people who would wish to send flowers instead make a small donation to the Irish Cancer Society in her name.
